啟動：
1.合上控制箱內(nèi)的保險后，按啟動按鈕，按下按鈕3~5s，若啟動不成功，應(yīng)等20s左右再次啟動。若多次啟動不成功，應(yīng)停止啟動操作，排除電瓶電壓或油路等故障因數(shù)后，再次啟動；
2.啟動時應(yīng)觀察幾油壓力，若油壓無顯示或很低時，應(yīng)立即停車檢查。
運行：
1.機組啟動后，檢查控制箱模塊各項參數(shù)；機油壓力、水溫、電壓、頻率等；
2.通常情況下，機組啟動后轉(zhuǎn)速直接達到額定轉(zhuǎn)速；有怠速要求的機組，怠速時間一般為3~5min，怠速時間不易過長，否則可能燒壞發(fā)電機相關(guān)元器件；
3.檢查機組油路、水路及電器的滲漏情況；
4.檢查機組各連接處的緊固情況，看有無松動和劇烈振動；
5.觀察機組各種保護和監(jiān)視裝置是否正常；
6.當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)素達到額定轉(zhuǎn)速，起空載運行的各項參數(shù)穩(wěn)定后，合閘供電；
7.檢查確認(rèn)控制屏各項參數(shù)是否在允許的范圍內(nèi)，再次檢查機組的振動，有無三漏及其他故障；
8.機組運行時嚴(yán)禁超載。

Start:
